Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of complex civil infrastructure projects
- Conduct structural analysis and geotechnical assessments for urban developments
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (BCA, LTA) and ensure compliance with Singapore's stringent codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-million SGD projects
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and BIM technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Develop innovative solutions for land reclamation and underground space utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with Singapore Board of Engineers
- Expertise in structural design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and BIM tools
- Proven track record in managing MRT, highway, or waterfront projects
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's geotechnical conditions and construction methods
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
