Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of major infrastructure projects (MRT lines, high-rises, waterfront developments)
- Conduct structural analysis and feasibility studies using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
- Implement sustainable design practices (LEED certification experience preferred)
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Present technical solutions to government stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Expert proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and FEA tools
- Deep knowledge of Singaporean construction codes and safety standards
- Proven track record of managing projects over SGD 100M
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Design-Build and P3 project delivery models
