Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Perform complex structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (TxDOT, FEMA, OSHA)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and construction documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects over $10M
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis and foundation design
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- LEED AP certification a plus
