Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and sustainable urban drainage systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, MIDAS)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and international sustainability standards (LEED, BCA Green Mark)
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control procedures
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's unique soil conditions
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international certification
- Expertise in Singapore's building codes and land transport authority (LTA) requirements
- Proven track record in managing projects valued over SGD 50 million
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software and construction project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in finite element analysis and geotechnical modeling
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical reporting and stakeholder presentations
