Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, and urban developments
- Conduct advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) to optimize material efficiency and structural integrity
- Oversee site operations ensuring compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) regulations and international safety standards
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions using green infrastructure technologies
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and project cost analyses
- Mentor junior engineers through knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Expertise in Singapore's infrastructure codes including CP65 and SS540
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000) and BIM tools
- Proven track record of managing projects valued over SGD 50 million
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and soil mechanics
- Certification in sustainable design (LEED AP or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
