Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, waterfront developments, and sustainable urban spaces
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD Civil 3D) for complex building systems
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multi-million SGD contracts
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) codes and international engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers while fostering collaborative innovation in cross-functional teams
- Conduct site inspections and quality control for ongoing construction projects
- Develop sustainable engineering solutions incorporating green building principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering with large-scale projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent Singapore-recognized qualification
- Expert proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000) and BIM platforms
- Proven track record managing projects valued SGD 50M+
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and tender processes
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
