Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and sustainable urban spaces
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM/CAD tools and ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority regulations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, environmental consultants, and government agencies
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance for construction phases
- Develop cost-effective solutions while maintaining strict safety and quality standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to firm-wide technical excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with P.E. certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale civil projects with 3+ years in Singapore
- Expertise in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of BCDA regulations, LTA standards, and sustainable design practices
- Proven project delivery track record with budgets exceeding SGD 50M
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills
