Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of commercial and residential civil projects from concept through construction.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and supervise field crews to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical reports, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, structural engineers, and municipal stakeholders to resolve design challenges.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in civil design and project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bentley MicroStation.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
