Responsibilities
- Design and oversee major infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water management systems
- Lead project teams from conceptualization through construction completion
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local engineering standards
- Conduct site investigations and analyze geotechnical data
- Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE (Professional Engineer) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with infrastructure design and construction management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent project management and communication abilities
