Responsibilities
- Design and oversee construction of bridges, highways, and municipal infrastructure
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects and contractors
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical analysis
- Develop sustainable infrastructure solutions using BIM technology
- Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of infrastructure project experience
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Strong knowledge of Illinois DOT regulations
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ projects
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
