Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine lead quality and campaign strategies.
- Track all interactions and pipeline metrics accurately within Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a resilient mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
