Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the enterprise sector to secure high-value contracts.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate new geographic markets and verticals.
- Revenue Growth: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and negotiation to closing and account management, consistently exceeding quarterly targets.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product roadmaps and market demands.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize conversion rates.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Apex Growth Solutions at industry conferences, networking events, and webinars to build brand authority.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the tech or financial services industry.
- Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets and a strong portfolio of closed deals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to C-level executives.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and identify blue-ocean opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
