Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify, evaluate, and secure new market opportunities globally.
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, clients, and channel partners to expand market reach and product adoption.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing complex deals, exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential competitive threats.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align business development efforts with product roadmaps and market demands.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Represent InnovateGrowth Solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Contribute to forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting on business development activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and drive significant revenue growth.
