Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in the NYC metro area.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to drive brand loyalty.
- Lead Generation: Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Closing Deals: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial discovery calls to contract negotiation and closing.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the B2B sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Drive: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences (approx. 20% of the time).
