Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value enterprise leads through a mix of outbound prospecting and networking.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine value propositions.
- Maintain and update accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and quotas in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the financial services and enterprise sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
