Responsibilities
- Strategic Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure high-value B2B partnerships with enterprise clients across Southeast Asia.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Deal Closure: Lead complex negotiations and close high-ticket deals, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales methodology and playbooks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and closing significant deals in the SaaS or Fintech sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial technology landscape in Singapore and the wider region.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
