Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise-level clients and industry influencers
- Develop and execute multi-channel business development strategies including digital outreach, trade shows, and referral programs
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape opportunities
- Lead complex negotiations resulting in 6-7 figure contracts and revenue-generating alliances
- Collaborate with product teams to align business development initiatives with product roadmap
- Maintain and grow CRM pipeline, achieving quarterly KPIs for lead conversion and revenue growth
- Present growth strategies and performance metrics to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development or strategic partnerships, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets ($5M+ annual quota)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales acceleration tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in enterprise-level agreements
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional network of 500+ industry contacts in tech or enterprise sectors
