Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and nurture a robust network of high-level contacts within the financial services industry.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Present business reviews and progress reports to senior leadership on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
