Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the tech or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
