Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, acquire, and retain high-value clients in the B2B sector.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
- Conduct market research to identify new verticals and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in the FinTech sector is a plus.
