Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies targeting Fortune 500 companies and emerging markets
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with CMOs, CTOs, and VPs of Innovation at target organizations
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from prospect identification to contract negotiation and post-sale integration
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and untapped revenue streams
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with client pain points and market demands
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development team through strategic coaching and performance optimization
- Track KPIs including pipeline value, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost while implementing continuous improvement measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales within SaaS/fintech
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ deals with complex stakeholder landscapes
- Expertise in market penetration strategies, channel partnerships, and M&A integration
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with ability to articulate value propositions to C-suite audiences
