Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia
- Cultivate C-level relationships with Fortune 500 companies and government entities
- Lead complex negotiations resulting in 7+ figure contracts
- Analyze market trends to identify $10M+ revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD initiatives with roadmap
- Mentor junior BD specialists through structured training programs
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between sales, marketing, and operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B tech sales/business development with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Proven track record of closing $5M+ annual contracts
- Deep network of C-level contacts in Singapore's financial and tech sectors
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and data analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Bahasa Indonesia beneficial)
- Strategic certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) preferred
- Experience scaling SaaS products in regulated markets
- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends
