Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to enter new markets and expand client base across APAC
- Identify and cultivate relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups
- Lead complex negotiations for enterprise partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with corporate objectives
- Present compelling business cases and ROI projections to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for sales cycle optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B business development or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of closing deals valued at $5M+ in technology or professional services
- Expertise in market entry strategies and regulatory compliance across APAC markets
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong network of contacts across C-suite executives in Singapore and regional hubs
- Certification in business development or strategic management (e.g., CBDA) preferred
