Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across enterprise SaaS markets
- Develop and execute strategic partnership roadmaps with Fortune 500 companies
- Lead complex contract negotiations securing $1M+ annual deals
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD initiatives with product roadmap
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to inform growth strategies
- Mentor junior BD associates and optimize sales conversion funnels
- Present quarterly growth reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of closing $5M+ annual contracts
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Strong network of C-level contacts in tech/finance sectors
- MBA or equivalent strategic certification preferred
- Experience scaling B2B operations in regulated industries
