Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new verticals and geographies
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Lead full-cycle deal negotiations, from prospecting to contract closure
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform growth initiatives
- Mentor junior BDRs and collaborate with product/marketing teams on lead generation
- Build and maintain CRM pipeline with 85%+ conversion targets
- Present quarterly growth strategies to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with 3+ managing teams
- Proven track record closing $1M+ enterprise deals
- Expertise in SaaS, tech, or professional services sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Partner Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred
