Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography systems, and brand guidelines
- Create digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, product packaging, and experiential activations
- Lead design workshops with clients to uncover brand essence and translate insights into visual solutions
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining high-quality output across multiple projects
- Contribute to studio innovation by researching emerging design trends and technologies
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to translate complex brand strategies into cohesive visual systems
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D design is highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
