Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes
- Create digital and print collateral for multi-channel campaignsLead design sprints and stakeholder workshops to align on brand strategy
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across touchpoints
- Collaborate with motion designers on animated brand assets
- Present design rationale to C-suite clients with persuasive storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of brand design experience with portfolio showcasing 10+ identity projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and market positioning
- Experience with print production and sustainable design practices
- Fluent in English and German (verbal/written)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional certification
