Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects including identity systems, packaging, and digital campaigns
- Develop visual concepts aligned with client briefs and market research insights
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and creative workshops
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders with clear rationale
- Stay current with design trends and sustainability practices in brand design
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with agency or in-house portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated success in developing cohesive brand systems for global markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio showcasing brand transformations with measurable impact
