Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes
- Lead end-to-end design projects from brief to final delivery for high-profile clients
- Create compelling visual assets for digital and print campaigns (social media, packaging, web)
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Research emerging design trends and technologies to innovate our creative approach
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with luxury or lifestyle portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D rendering tools
- Proven track record of award-winning brand campaigns published in major design publications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling ability with strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English and German; multilingual candidates preferred
