Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities from concept to execution, including logos, color systems, and typography
- Lead design sprints to create user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with strategic rationale and market insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend research to inform design innovation
- Manage design assets and maintain brand guidelines documentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional design experience with 4+ years in brand identity development
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex brand systems and digital campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Experience working with agile development teams and design systems
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience pitching to C-level executives
- Knowledge of motion design and 3D visualization is a plus
