Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes
- Create digital and print collateral for marketing campaigns and product launches
- Lead design workshops with clients to uncover brand essence and audience insights
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multi-channel touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion design and Figma/Sketch prototyping
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing both B2B and B2C brand transformations
