Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create digital and print collateral for product launches and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure cohesive design systems across platforms
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Lead design sprints and workshops to solve complex brand challenges
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with tech industry portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Ability to translate complex brand strategies into visual solutions
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
