Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes
- Create visual assets for digital platforms (websites, social media, apps) and print media
- Lead design workshops with clients to uncover brand essence and strategic direction
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional brand design experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities
- Experience with motion design and 3D visualization (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Fluency in German and English (verbal/written)
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
