Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create compelling digital and print campaigns for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead design sprints and collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Translate complex brand strategies into cohesive visual narratives
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies in the creative space
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders with strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with recognizable portfolio
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field from accredited institution
- Expertise in both print and digital design systems
- Proven track record of managing complex brand transformation projects
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
