Responsibilities

- Lead design workshops to align stakeholders on brand vision and creative direction
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across digital products
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Present design concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Demonstrated experience in developing cohesive brand systems for global audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in agile development environments
