Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities from concept to execution for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead design sprints and workshops to translate business goals into visual strategies
- Create compelling digital and print collateral including campaigns, packaging, and environmental graphics
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale and impact analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand design with 3+ years in agency or corporate creative leadership
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D rendering tools
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Proven experience scaling brands from startup to enterprise level
- Strong understanding of sustainability and inclusive design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and client expectations
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent professional certification
