Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities across digital and print platforms
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops with cross-functional teams
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Establish and maintain design systems for scalable brand experiences
- Analyze market trends to inform innovative design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand design with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy execution
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering (Blender/Cinema4D)
- BA/BFA in Design or related field
