Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines
- Create compelling visual assets for digital and print campaigns
- Lead client presentations and design workshops
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Research industry trends and innovative design methodologies
- Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and budgets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and campaign work
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business goals into creative solutions
- German and English fluency required
- Experience working with international clients preferred
