Responsibilities

- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders with compelling rationale
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints using design systems
- Stay ahead of design trends through continuous research and experimentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio showcasing major campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Experience managing design projects from brief to final delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to present to executive stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and motion graphics
- Experience with Figma and design system implementation
