Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects from concept to execution
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and visual systems
- Create digital and print assets including logos, packaging, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams on integrated design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand design with portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience creating cohesive brand identities for tech clients
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Experience with Figma/Sketch for collaborative design workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and German
- BA/BFA in Design or related field
