Responsibilities

- Create multi-platform design assets for web, mobile, print, and environmental applications

- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale and impact metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio demonstrating scalable systems
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles
- Experience leading design projects from concept through implementation
- Ability to articulate design decisions with business impact in mind
