Responsibilities

- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Demonstrated understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience developing brand guidelines and design systems
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate design rationale
