Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities and visual systems for enterprise clients
- Lead creative direction for digital campaigns, product interfaces, and experiential activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment across all touchpoints
- Create design documentation and style guides for scalable implementation
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategy
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional design experience with 3+ years in brand identity development
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, color theory, and composition skills
- Experience designing for digital platforms (web, mobile, AR/VR)
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with experience pitching to executive audiences
- Understanding of motion graphics and 3D design principles (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
