Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines
- Create compelling visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and print collateral
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead design workshops with clients to uncover brand essence and strategic direction
- Maintain and evolve existing brand systems while ensuring scalability
- Present design concepts to clients with clear rationale and strategic justification
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio-wide design standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Deep understanding of brand strategy principles and visual storytelling
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D design is a plus
- Ability to translate complex brand strategies into cohesive visual systems
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in agency or in-house teams
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
