Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects from concept to execution
- Develop cohesive visual systems including logos, typography, and color palettes
- Create digital assets for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for existing clients
- mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and campaign work
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments
