Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities and design systems for global clients
- Lead creative direction for digital campaigns and interactive experiences
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless design implementation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Manage design projects from conception to final delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with digital focus
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital campaigns
- Experience leading design projects and mentoring teams
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling design solutions
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
- Relevant degree in Graphic Design or related field
