Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand identity projects from strategy to execution
- Develop comprehensive design systems for multi-platform campaigns
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure visual consistency in digital products
- Present concepts to C-level stakeholders and translate feedback into refined designs
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Conduct competitive audits and trend analysis for emerging design movements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within agile workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with Fortune 500 portfolios
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D rendering tools
- Proven ability to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand architecture
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and managing client relationships
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable brand systems and motion design projects
- Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
- Relevant design degree or equivalent professional certification
