Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identity systems including logos, typography, and color palettes
- Create compelling visual assets for digital platforms, print campaigns, and experiential activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Present design concepts to clients with strategic rationale and market insights
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across diverse touchpoints
- Lead design sprints and mentor junior designers
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand design with portfolio showcasing complex systems
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Expert understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in B2B tech and consumer goods sectors preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to articulate design rationale
- Fluent in English and German
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
