Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities from concept to execution
- Lead design sprints for multi-platform campaigns (digital/print/experiential)
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design strategies to C-suite clients with compelling visual narratives
- Collaborate with UX researchers to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
- Manage project timelines using agile methodologies with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand design with 3+ years at senior level
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D rendering tools
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable systems for global brands
- Fluency in German and English (business proficiency)
- Certification in Design Thinking or equivalent methodology
- Experience with sustainability-driven design practices
- Published case studies in design publications (e.g., It's Nice That)
