Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects from concept to implementation
- Develop comprehensive brand systems including logos, typography, and color palettes
- Create digital-first experiences for web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design rationale to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay current with design trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with tech or SaaS portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business goals into visual solutions
- Experience leading design systems and maintaining brand consistency
